proper work organisation for subordinate staff
implementation of the established production plan
supervision of the manufactured product
maintenance of production records
cooperation with the operator and mechanic to maintain continuity in the production process
responding to and correcting unsafe behaviour
notification of material requirements for the execution of the work
ensuring the correct flow of raw material/semi-finished product between production stages
recording and accounting for the production of finished goods as well as components
compliance with occupational health and safety rules
shift work (also night shift)

REQUIREMENTS

managing a group of employees in a production company
ability to build team relations
very good organisation of work
accuracy, conscientiousness, responsibility and commitment
willingness to enter into a long-term business relationship
